KAZEEM ALIKazeem is the younger brother of Nadia Ali, and - like his older sister - is a member of a group of outsiders called "The Ruffians".
To most people, he's seen as a bit of a perve, always with a keen eye on his older sisters friends, and a bit of a weirdo. However, the other Ruffians know that deep down he's a kind hearted, good natured kid who will do anything for his family and friends. When he's not chasing girls, he likes to spend his time playing football and reading, and can often be found in Cliff and Carla's bookstore/cafe. It is here that he meets the enigmatic and exquisitely beautiful Grace Marple, who also has a shared passion for reading, conspiracy theories and solving mysteries. |
As the youngest Ruffian, he's overshadowed and not taken quite as seriously as the other 3 members. Their tough and cocky leader, Jake, the spiritual, kind-hearted beauty Bridget, and his quick witted older sister. Even though he appears to be your typical dumb, horny teenage boy, he's a very deep thinker whose quick wits and cheeky charms have gotten the group out of many a tricky situation.
While Nadia and Jake are unsure that new girl Grace can be trusted, both Kazeem and Bridget vouch for her and push for her to be accepted as the fifth member of the Ruffians.
Kazeem finds himself falling for Grace as she joins the Ruffians and their friendship grows - but her obvious feelings for Jake, the leader of the Ruffians complicates things for poor Kazeem. This complicated situation doesn't go unnoticed by ill-intentioned outside forces, who may exploit it to drive a wedge between The Ruffians and break them apart.
